Credentials:

My name is Sue Bailey, a certified Project Management Professional and Family Social Scientist, as well as a wife, mother, and caregiver to four amazing seniors aged 81 to 91.
I know first-hand the extreme stress that comes with juggling the needs of two generations. Balancing work, children's needs, and caregiving responsibilities left me with little to no time for self-care. I neglected my health and was plagued by alternating feelings of overwhelm, burnout, and depression.
Desperate for help, I scanned the internet for a solution, and here's what I found:
Despite a growing senior population, resources for families in transition remain limited.
That's why I launched Living Lighter—to provide support for seniors and caregivers by easing both the physical and emotional demands of major life transitions. Through organized planning and compassionate support, my purpose is to help families find calm amid chaos.
I hope you will consider partnering with Living Lighter and let us share the load and lighten your responsibilities.
